Q: How do I give a Studio Credit?
From the Event details page, select the registrant to cancel and give a studio credit.
Once the registrant is selected, go to More Options > Refund/Cancel.
From there you will be given the option to give a “Credit for future event” instead of refunding the money back to the original form of payment. Once the credit is selected, it will generate a gift certificate that can be used by the customer for any future event.
That code can always be found by going to Events > Accounts and under the customer, you should see that Gift Certificate listed.
