You can select an image for an Event to display on your Event Calendar.

Click the View/Select Image link on the Event Details page.

Click the Change Image link in the Current Image window.

  • The Select Image window will show folders and files from your Events Images folder.
  • Click on an image to assign it to this Event.

To upload a new image, click the link to upload a new image to your Event Images folder. Once an image is uploaded it is part of your Event Images library for any future Events.

Note

  • There is file size limit of 10MB per image.
  • If the upload links are not available, it is possible that your corporate office may have disabled this capability. Contact your corporate office for permission if you do not see the Upload File and New Folder links.
  • To manage all your Event Images, you can go to Resource > Documents > Event Images. You will be able to Delete, Rename, Upload New Version and other file management actions for these Event Images.
