Q: I have the CimpleBox calendar loaded in an iframe, and my customers do not see the “https” to show that the website is secure. Is the transaction still secure?

Yes, the transaction with the CimpleBox server is secure and is completed through SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

This is an effect of having one domain embedded inside of an iframe of another domain.

When our calendar is inside an iframe on a page on your website, the browser will show your domain on the address bar. If your page (that is loading the CimpleBox calendar) is not secure, the address bar will show http://yourdomain.com.

Please remember that transactions through CimpleBox calendar is still secure.

In order to show the address bar to show the SSL (https), you will need to get a certificate specifically for your domain. This will allow you to link to your web page such as https://yourdomain.com
