Gift Certificates are a form of payment your guests can use to register for Events.

There are two main ways for your guests to use/redeem their Gift Certificates.

1. Directly through the Calendar

As your guest registers for an Event on your calendar, they can enter the Gift Certificate code during the checkout process. The system will automatically apply the full available amount, upto the amount due for your registration.

2. Through the Admin Login

Go to Store > Events > Event Management and select the Event to register the customer.

In the Event Details, go to More Options > Register Attendees

In the payment section of the registration form, click on “Apply Gift Certificate”.

You will also have the ability to apply partial amount of the Gift Certificate. To do so follow the steps to apply the Gift Certificate and then check on “User Partial Amount” to specify the amount to use.
