To sell Gift Certificates through CimpleBox, let us know what prices you’d like to sell, and we can configure your studio to sell Gift Certificates online directly to your guests.
Once the prices are in place, we’ll supply you with the URL to the Gift Certificates purchase page so that your guests can purchase Gift Certificates by themselves, just like they can register for Events.
Also, you can sell Gift Certificates through your admin account, in case you want to sell to a guest in studio or over the phone.
Go to Store > Events > Gift Certificates > Gift Certificate Orders.
On the Gift Certificate Orders page, go to More Options > New Order.
This will open the New Gift Certificate Order page. Select the quantities and prices, and then click Next to enter the Customer and Payment Information.
