Q: When my customer purchases a gift certificate, what happens after that?
After the customer purchases a gift certificate,
- They will be immediately given the link to download the gift certificate (in the form of a PDF file).
- They will also get an email confirming the purchase with the same link to download the gift certificate.
The gift certificate order will appear on your admin side under Store > Events > Gift Certificate > Gift Certificate Orders
