In most cases, your customer will register directly through the calendar, but you can also register a guest through your Admin account. A typically application of this is if a customer walks into the Studio or calls to register for a class.

Go to Store > Events > Event Management and select the Event to register the customer.

In the Event Details, go to More Options > Register Attendees

In the following page, complete the form to finalize the registration.

Note

  • Email Address is required if you’d like to tie this registration to an Account.
  • Select the appropriate Seats to correctly update the the available seats for this Event.
