What is a Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base is designed to centralize and organize your articles. It allows you to classify and import articles by subject, making it easier to manage and reference information.

Give it a name (mandatory) :

Once created, you’ll find it in your Knowledge Base table or directly in quick navigation.

What’s more, the integrated search function lets you quickly find specific articles within your database.
