5.2.6. Alert statistics

Cikisi offers you a panel of tools to assess the impact of your alerts on your recipients.

Click on your alert’s name.
Then see the “statistics” box on the right
You can open it via “view more” button.

The indicators, from left to right:

• Identifier of the statistics and the sending
• The date and time of sending the alert
• How many emails were sent (one per recipient)
• How many items were sent
• How many times the alert has been opened in the recipients’ emails
• How many articles were opened in particular and by whom (click on the line and you will see the name of the user and the title of the article)

!The same article can be opened several times by the same user, this will be counted each time.
