Go through the “Content” point by point.

Everything is fairly well explained there and follows the classic order of the alert, from the header/intro to the footer visible in the preview on the right.

Publication date/Creation date/Hybrid mode

Let’s imagine that, in the “settings” you have selected the “weekly” frequency, Mondays at 8am:

The alert, every Monday, at 8h GMT 00, will send you the new articles (compared to the last sending). To do this, it will look at content sections (research or collections) and find new publications by date.

But what dates?

Cikisi offers 3 types of dates:

  • Date of publication: date published by the site of origin of the article
  • Date of creation: date on which the Cikisi robot recreated the article on the platform
  • Hybrid date: date you added the item to a collection or creation date. This allows you to add old items that are years old and send them through the alert because they were recently added to your collections.

Finally, let’s move on to the right part, the Preview
