5.4.1. Activate your portal

The Readers Portal is a paid option of Cikisi. The button is not visible in the main features menu (left pane)?
Contact your platform administrator to unblock this option.

You can also ask for a demonstration in order to test the added value to your Web Intelligence project.

To activate it

1. Go to the administrator menu> My client> Readers Portal
2. Create your portal URL (usually your company name)

In this menu you can also add:
— Your logo
— A welcome message
— A background banner for the login page

SSO login option
The ‘Single Sign-On’ (SSO), or ‘Single authentication’, allows you to automatically connect your readers, without having to create another new account on one more platform.
This option will use usernames and passwords already used by your company.
