Security clearance must be obtained prior to starting travel. Use PA30 to record new security clearance(s) prior to executing an onboarding PA.
This infotype will appear during the execution of onboarding PAs (initial appointment, reappointment) to allow you to record the status of the security clearance at the time of onboarding. If security clearance was not entered prior to the execution of the onboarding PA, you may follow the instructions starting in step 6 below.
