- *New Hire – inspira
Automatically set as the Reason for Action when the inspira interface creates the Preboard PA for initial appointments. NOT TO BE USED for manual creation of the Preboard PA.
- *Reappointment – inspira
Automatically set as the Reason for Action when the inspira interface creates the Preboard PA for reappointments of former staff members, who do not have a pre-existing Preboard PA. NOT TO BE USED for manual creation of the Preboard PA.
- Manual – Onb. Form
Used when there is no inspira interface data and information must be entered manually to update the ESS Onboarding form. (Since the onboarding form is not in use at this time, DO NOT USE for manual Preboard PA.)
- Manual – No Onb. Form
Used when there is no inspira interface data and information must be entered manually prior to processing a PA40 Initial Appointment or Reappointment PA in ECC.)
Please note the inspira interface and the ESS onboarding form are currently unavailable. All HR Partners should therefore ALWAYS select Manual – No Onb. Form when processing all Preboard PAs until further notice. Additionally, please note any reasons for action with asterisks (***) should NEVER be selected. They simply represent a header in the reason for action list.
