When a candidate is selected for a job opening, the Hiring Manager will submit a recommendation for recruitment to the HR Partner, who will send an offer to the candidate through the offer management module in inspira. The Offer Management module in inspira will produce several key documents that should be referenced during the approval process of the Initial or Reappointment PA. Other documents will be provided by the staff member in the course of onboarding. These documents include:

  • Offer of Appointment and Acceptance
  • Personal History Profile (PHP)/Personal History (P.11 form)
  • Designation (if applicable)
  • Verification of Highest Degree and Current/Last Employer)
  • Reference Check
  • Medical Clearance
