This infotype stores data pertaining to the staff member’s Group/Level (Grade/Step) and salary information. Payroll simulation can be run in this infotype.
This infotype cannot be skipped.
It consists of the two following sections:
• Pay scale
The Type and Area fields default to values based on the EE group and subgroup. Payroll will not run if the Group and Level fields are not filled out.
• Wage Type
The Wage Type and Amount fields will populate only after the infotype is saved.
