Host Control Scanning

By default Host Control Scanning is enabled. This means that when the user takes the scan option from the host system, the scan is immediately initiated.

Host control scanning allows the user to accept/reject the image(s) “as-is”. The user will not have an opportunity to delete, replace, insert, or reorder the scanned pages.

To disable Host control scanning, navigate to Image/Preferences/Scanner Support. Uncheck IBM Host System Control.
