Tickets are sorted into the following predefined lists in the list menu:
- Assigned to me: open tickets assigned to you personally
- Assigned to my teams: open tickets assigned to the team(s) you are a member of
- Unassigned: all unassigned tickets registered in Pureservice
- Followed: tickets you follow
Note that the lists above are global, and that any changes made to these will affect all agents.
In addition to the ticket lists, you can also access your personal Dashboard from the list menu.
List menu options
You can access the list menu settings by clicking on the settings icon.
Show all lists – If this option is enabled you will also see Team-lists for teams of which you are not a member, but within the same zone as your team.
Show count when zero – The number next to the list title shows how many tickets there are in that list. If you prefer not to show a number when the list is empty, you can do so by enabling this option.
When you hover the mouse pointer over a list item you will get additional options . You may move the list item by clicking and holding down the drag icon
. Please, note that the order is stored locally in the browser, and will not be reflected across devices or browsers. You may hide, change the name or delete a list, by accessing the settings icon
