Auto refresh

The button lets you access the lists refresh settings. When enabled, you have the option between refreshing at set intervals, or whenever a new ticket is added to the list. If disabled, you will see a yellow banner informing that there is a newer version of the list, whenever a ticket is added. In order to get the recent changes, you will have to click on the banner.

Download ticket list

You can download the list you are currently viewing or working on, by clicking in the upper right corner. The list will be downloaded as a CSV file, and can be opened by programs such as Microsoft Excel. All columns are included in the downloaded file, even the ones that are hidden in the Agent Console.
