To work with an asset you can double click one from the list to open it. This will open a view similar to this:

The view can be divided into three sections:

Header

The Header consists of four specific types of information

Icon

This is a visual clue for which type of asset you’re looking at.

Asset type

This is the name of the asset type.

Name

This is the name of the specific asset, and the same as the assets Name field.

Status

This shows the current status of the asset. The status can be whatever you configure for this asset type, but mainly the status reflect either an Active or Inactive state.

Sidebar

The Sidebar of an asset gives the agent an overview of the asset and its history.

Details

Here all fields for this asset type and this assets information are shown.

Attachments

If the asset has attachments this list will show all of them. The agent can also chose to add more attachments here.

Users

If the specific asset has one or more related users they will be listed here.

Companies

If the asset is related to one or more companies they will be listed here.

Relationships

If the asset has any relationships to other assets, tickets or changes this list will show all of them.

Content center

The center content view is where you can see all the information from the menu options you chose.

The most used menu option, and the default one that will always show when you open an asset is the Details view

This is where all the relevant data for this specific asset will show. The agent can change any information in the fields, but remember that the mandatory Unique field needs to be unique.
