You need a username and a password in order to log in. Administrators and agents can log in to the Agent Console, but end users can only log in to Selfservice.
If you cannot remember your password, please click “Forgot you password?”.
Type your username and click “Send me instructions”. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.
