FAQ articles are created by clicking on the New FAQ button in the upper right corner.
Clicking on the New FAQ button opens a modal window, where you can fill in the information needed to create an article.

To create a new FAQ article, you will have to fill out the fields Subject and Description
Both fields are mandatory. Pureservice will mark mandatory fields that are empty with a warning message:
Create or cancel
Clicking the Add button saves the article. Clicking the arrow next to the Add button saves and opens the article, so that you can continue to work on it. Clicking the Cancel button closes the Create new FAQ window. Content entered will be lost when cancelling the registration.
Subject
The content in the subject field is the same as in the Title column in the FAQ’s list, and is supposed to give a short summary of the description.
Description
Fill in a suitable description of the article.
There is a tool line at the bottom, with the following functions:
Bold
Italic
Underline
Strikethrough
text color
Background color
Formats
clear formatting
More
Align
decrease indent
increase indent
List
horizontal line
Insert/edit link
Table
Insert/edit image
