Club Penalties/Sanctions

Clubs who fail to meet their Officials’, IRB Powercraft Crew, Water Safety, or Set Up/Pack Down requirements will be penalised accordingly.

If any of these personnel are not supplied on the day of carnival, the Club’s participants will be stopped from competing until the required number of personnel are supplied.

If the required number of personnel are not supplied, then the Club’s participants will not compete at the carnival and the Club will be referred to the Carnival Referee or their delegate. If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, the matter will be referred to the Carnival Disciplinary Committee.

Penalties/Sanctions:

Failure to meet personnel quotas will result in one or a combination of the following:

• a $300 fine per role not filled, to a max of $2,100, and/or
• Ineligibility for future carnivals, and/or
• Additional duties at future carnivals, and/or
• Other suitable penalty
