VSM-4×4X becomes Unresponsive

Issue:

By pressing and holding the RESET button of the VSM-4×4X (while it’s powered off > then powering it up and holding the button for 10 seconds) the product becomes bricked.

Details:

Currently the Reset button on the back panel has two functions when pressed during device power-up:

1. Resets to factory settings.
2. Recovering from a bricked state due to an interrupted FW update.
   

In both cases, bootloader and firmware images must be installed with K-Upload to complete the procedure.
Please contact your local Kramer office and request the most updated Bootloader and Firmware files.
Make sure you are using the latest K-upload version which is currently: 1.1.36.0
