KDS-EN/DEC7 Communication Issues

Issue:

Various issues when working with KDS-EN7 and KDS-DEC7 related to communication to them and experiencing slow network activity.

Solution:

Make sure all Network switches are configured as guided in the user guide:

Configuring the Network Switch
Before setting the system, make sure that your AV over IP network switch meets the following minimum requirements:

• Jumbo Frames – On. (at least 8000 bytes).
• IGMP Snooping – On.
• IGMP Querier – On.
• IGMP Immediate/Fast Leave – On.
• Unregistered Multicast Filtering – On.
  

Make sure all the Network cables are fully operational.
