Issue:

Only a partial user interface of the product webpage is seen while connecting at the customers site.
The user interface worked well when tested in the office.

Solution:

Try any or all of the following:

  • Clear the browser cache.
  • Try to using a different web browser.
  • Perform a factory reset to the product.
  • Check that Security/firewalls are not blocking HTTP traffic between the device and the user PC.
