Limitation when working with WP-20CT and a Macbook

Issue:

Macbook doesn’t detect the connection to a WP-20CT

Details:

When connecting a USB C cable between a MacBook and a WP-20CT no communication can be done.
This includes access to the WP-20CT webpage.
The MacBook used had the most updated operating system, Ventura 13.5, older operating systems were tested as well.
The newest ASX AX88772C drivers were installed on it.
When connecting a windows-based Laptop/PC everything works well.

Note: Until the product will support MacBook, please use windows-based products
