KDS-DEC7: Enabling Control of 3rd Party Devices

Issue:

How do I enable control of 3rd party devices?

Solution:

Go to the KDS-DEC7 web interface and set Daisy Chain to On.

No additional settings are required.

The Decoder is now a network pass-through from Media to Service, and the Control System accesses the TV with the TCP/UDP API:
