Sector ID, Type, Name, Event Rule, Root Cause, Action, Start, End, The User state of an excursion

On the right side behind the tribar button you can directly:

View Excursions View Excursion View on Graph Acknowledge Excursion Modify Excursion

If an excursion has already been acknowledged the menu field “Acknowledge Excursion” is not available anymore.

• View Excursion
• View on Graph
• Modify Excursion
  

*Before an Excursion can be closed the Exursion must have been acknowledged first!

Mass edit Shipment Excursions

A user can mass edit Shipment excursions and can select/deselect multiple excursions.  

User with the appropriate rights could acknowledge/close/modify multiple selected excursions.

Click Modify to take Action and define a Root Cause of your Excursion Management
