SmartView allows you to document additional information about an excursion. You can note down the Root Cause of an excursion and the corrective Action taken for the excursion.
You have various options to document the Root cause and Action for an excursion:
From the homepage
You can easily modify an excursion from the homepage, by clicking on the and then choose ‘Modify Excursion’. You can then add the Root cause and Action taken in the designated fields and click on
to save your changes.
From the Excursion overview
From the Excursion list, you can choose to modify your excursion by clicking on the and choose ‘Modify Excursion’ as instructed in the previous video.
From the ‘View Excursion’ page
When clicking on the Excursion ID (either from the E-Mail notification or from the Excursion Overview) you will be redirected to the Excursion Details screen. Click on to modify your Excursion.
