The feature found under Settings > Dispatch > 6. Text Back has now been replaced by the setting under Notifications, where you can set not only configure SMS notifications but also email messages with custom tags.
Check the section about Notifications for more information.
Please rest assured that everything that was possible with the Text back feature is still available now with the Notifications feature.
