If you installed Tabular, but when start Tabular.xlms nothing happens. Also Add-in is not in the list of both active and inactive add-ins in the Add-ins section of excel options.
Most probably you have installed the Add-in from a different user account than the one you are starting it. In this case you are missing some registry entries and the Add-in is not registered in Excel. You can double check if this is the problem by checking the following registry entry for the user starting Tabular.xlsm:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\Tabular
If this is missing you just have to install Tabular from the User that will be using the add-in to resolve. Also if this is not possible or you prefer not to do it, you can use the All users installer from our website that adds the registry entries for all users (to HKLM).
