Slow opening of Tabular on XP

There are some threads reporting slow performance (slow accessing the SQL Compact DB) on WIndows XP. The workaround for this problem is the thread below :

Have in mind that although Tabular is working on Windows XP we recommend using with Windows 7 or later.
