If you installed Tabular, but when open either Tabular.xlsm or an existing return.xlsm file nothing happens ( you don’t get a login screen for Tabular). You have checked that the Add-in is installed and it is in the list of inactive add-ins within Excel.
The Add-in might have been disabled (by windows or manually). You can fix this issue by following the guidance from Microsoft here:
Alternatively if you are a first time user and have yet to run Tabular, you could be missing Visual Studio 2010 Tools for office runtime. This is one of the prerequisites which is usually distributed with the installations of Office 2010 and 2013, however if you have manually excluded this component during the installation of Office or you are using Office 2007 it is not installed on your system.
