Tabular add-in is unloaded and marked as disabled

Sometimes after some crash or forcefully closing Excel the Tabular add-in might be unloaded and disabled (called hard disable). To fix that follow the steps that are given in this Microsoft help article:

Contacting our support team with attach the log file will also be helpful, so we can investigate what problem caused this in the first place.
