Tabular ribbon tab doesn’t appear

Go to settings -> AddIns -> Manage: COM AddIns and look at the checkbox near Tabular. If it’s unchecked and message is: Load behavior: Not loaded. The Managed Add-in Loader failed to initialize.

Install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime from Prerequisites. Run Excel. Go to settings -> AddIns -> Manage: COM AddIns. Check the checkbox near Tabular. Press OK

Go to settings -> AddIns -> Manage: COM AddIns and look at the checkbox near Tabular. If it’s unchecked and message is: Load Behavior: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.

Close Excel. Set the VSTO_SUPPRESSDISPLAYALERTS environment variable to 0.

Run Excel. Go to settings -> AddIns -> Manage: COM AddIns. Check the checkbox near Tabular. Press OK. You’ll see the loading error dialog.
