Can not open the shared memory region

When following message is received:

There are few things to check:
1. Version of SQL Compact- if not latest SP1 version – it can cause the issue and you need to download and install the latest version from the link in list of prerequisites.
2. Permissions in the folder of Tabular.sdf – make sure all users have read/write access.
3. Open the workbook from Excel: First open Excel and then use File -> Open
Instead of just double clicking on the workbook file.
