When the SETTINGS button is pressed, the user has access to basic operational functions as described below.

Enabling Settings |
Auto-Temperature – Heat is an important component of post-processing. The BASE has functionality built-in to allow the detergent to be maintained at a certain temperature when the machine is not in use. The AUTO-TEMPERATURE setting should be enabled if the tank needs to be kept at a constant temperature between cycles. If AUTO-TEMPERATURE is not enabled, the BASE tank heater will need to be run manually to bring the temperature up to the desired level before starting the cycle.
Auto-Level – When enabled, the tank level will be monitored at a user-defined interval. If the tank level drops below a predefined level the tank will be automatically dosed back to 100%. A message will appear to inform the user.
Auto-Drain – When enabled, the tank will automatically drain after the completion of a user-defined amount of autocycles.
Advanced Output – When enabled, additional sensor data will be displayed in red throughout various screens. This mode is used for debugging.
Light Stack Test – When pressed, the light stack will illuminate so the user can verify that the lights are operational. The light stack should be tested at the beginning of each shift.
Scheduled Heat-up – The BASE has functionality built-in to allow the detergent to heat up to a certain temperature prior to an operator’s arrival. The SCHEDULED HEAT UP setting starts the heating process 2 hours before the target time and continues to maintain that temperature 1 hour past the target time.
Blower Mode – The user can choose between Continuous and Intermittent operation mode. When Continuous is chosen, the blowers will run continuously during a run cycle. When Intermittent is chosen, the blowers will operate on a set timer. Continuous mode will allow for better vapor handing and Intermittent mode will allow the BASE to reach higher temperature set points.
