The BASE is designed to be fully automatic and configured to remove supports from the following 3D print technologies: FDM. The BASE is engineered to utilize an automated Volume Velocity Dispersion system that is configurable based on a specific operational need.

The front of the BASE has an access door which houses the part chamber. The part envelope is roughly 40” x 27.5” x 26” (102 cm x 70 cm x 66 cm) where the part is exposed to a combination of chemical detergent through a high volume, low-pressure agitation algorithm to optimize a specific post-printing need. The door utilizes a counterweight system to keep it open once opened, yet caution should be used when reaching into the chamber.

If the controller touchscreen is off, press the POWER button to turn on the BASE and wait for the Home screen to display.

To begin a cycle, access the Auto Setup screen (below) by pressing the Automated button from the Home screen. It is important to note that the BASE will retain the settings from the previous cycle. If no changes are required, the cycle can be started by pressing the PLAY button. If new settings are required for the next cycle, review the procedures in the Auto Setup Controls section.
