TYPE DESCRIPTION HOW TO RESOLVE
WARNING Low Tank Level The tank level has dropped below 45% filled. Add detergent to processing tank using the DOSE function explain in Manual Operations.
WARNING Pressure Low Spray valve pressure begins to fall below the desired pressure setting. This is an indication that the drain and filters need to be cleaned. See Filter Maintenance
WARNING Pressure High Spray valve pressure begins to rise above the desired pressure setting. This is an indication that the spray valves need to be cleaned. ▶
WARNING Tank Temperature Setpoint Exceeded The temperature has gone over the setpoint limit. While active, no device that adds heat to the system can be turned on. This warning will clear once the tank temperature falls below the temperature limit.

ALARM Pressure Extreme High Valve pressure has risen above the high tolerance set point. Check the spray valves for residue buildup. See Troubleshooting.
ALARM Pressure Extreme Low Valve pressure has fallen below the low tolerance set point. Check the tank drain and screen for buildup. See Troubleshooting.

ALARM Defoamer Required See Defoamer Required for more detail.
ALARM HMI Communication Error The controller touchscreen or PLC stopped communicating with one another. To resolve, a system restart may be necessary.
ALARM Draining Error See Low Tank Level for more detail.
ALARM E-stop E-Stop alarm active. Confirm operating conditions are safe. Pull out e-stop button to reset. This alarm needs to be cleared by the Safety Circuit Reset button under the HMI.
