Consumables

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the BASE. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine. Safety data sheets will be provided for all purchased consumables.

Detergent

	Wear laboratory-style protective glasses.
	When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves.
	When working with or near detergents, always wear a lab coat.

All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in 5-gallon buckets and dosed into the BASE via the DOSATRON® Manifold.

PLM-201-SPRAY and PLM-202-SPRAY
Typically combined and used for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) support removal. Refer to the SDS for more information.

AUX-002-DEFOAM
Typically used for defoaming. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Waste Management

PostProcess can advise on disposal of waste water from the BASE upon request. Please follow local guidelines when considering waste disposal solutions.
