Adding Detergent

The BASE has a tank located beneath the chamber grate within the processing chamber. This tank holds a mixture of PostProcess detergent that will circulate throughout the system during processing.

To fill the system with detergent, access the Manual Operation Mode screen from the Home screen.

From within the Manual Operation Mode screen, press the DOSE button as shown below. The DOSE function will pump detergent into the tank until it reaches 100% and then shut off automatically.

NOTE – There will be an additional configurable delay before the dosing stops, after it has reached 100% on the HMI. Default for this is 45 seconds.

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the BASE. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine.
Safety Data Sheets will be provided for all purchased consumables.
