Alarms/Warnings Detail |
- WARNING – A proactive indicator that the system will need attention soon. A cycle can be run with an active warning.
- ALARM – A responsive signal that requires immediate attention. Active cycles will be stopped and no new cycle can start until the alarm is addressed and cleared.
In addition to the Clear Alarm button in the HMI, there is a manual button under the HMI called the Safety Circuit Reset button. This button was designed to help promote safety when working in and around the BASE. Therefore, certain alarms will need to be cleared with the Safety Circuit Reset button, in association with the Clear Alarm button. These alarms are:
• E-Stop
• Chamber Door Open
