There are three modules within Alio that you can use to look up information on a vendor, a requisition, or a PO. Click the On Line Inquiry button on your main menu to access the additional modules.
Vendor Inquiry
This is a great tool to look up vendor contact information, order history, and payment history.
Requisition Inquiry
This can be done in the purchase order inquiry screen as well
Purchase Order Inquiry
This will also give you payment information (Payment Info tab), show quantity ordered, and quantity received
