You can access Alio by opening the Network Application folder on your desktop and clicking on either icon shown below:

Alio User Credentials
You will need a User ID and Password in order to log in. Requests for access should be sent to the BOSC by your administrator.
Browser
Alio runs through Java Web Start – it does not run in Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox. The only way to access it is through the no browser icon provided in the Network Applications Folder or if you are not on a network desktop computer you can reach the link through the District Documents > Alio Java Web Start.
Java
If you are prompted to allow Java you may do so and click Allow and Remember
If you are prompted to update Java select Later and check the bottom option. If the program will not run without the update please submit a help desk ticket.
