Power Status Error

Issue – When the power status of the gateway appears OFF on VSM

  • Site_Management_Server or RabbitMq is not running

Solution – Below are the steps to solve the issue

a) Launch the Task Manager
b) Go To Services
c) Check the status of Site_Management_Server if status is stopped restart it.
d) Check the status of rabbitmq if status is stopped restart it.
