Installation Error

Issue – Message Box prompted while updating the VSM. “The Update cannot be installed on this version of VSM HQ minimum version required is 3.0/3.1 build 297”

  • hq_version.txt file in C:\HQServer is not having the correct version.
Solution – Below are the steps to solve the issue

a) Go to Folder C:\HQServer
b) Open the file hq_version.txt
c) Replace the version 3.1.1020.291 to 3.1.1020.297
d) Save the file
e) Relaunch the VSM setup.
