For VIA Room Device

Activating VIA Room device

1. For MAC OS 15 and below:

• Go to System settings> Privacy & Security > Security > VIA Room device – allow
  

2. For MAC OS 15 and above:

• Go to System settings > General > Logn Items & Extensions > Camera Extensions > click the ‘I’ button > a UI window will appear > enable VIA Room device > pop up will appear asking the user for password
  

To uninstall VIA Room device:

1. MAC OS 15 and above:

• Go to System settings > General > Logn Items & Extensions > Camera Extensions > click the ‘I’ button > a UI window will appear > disable VIA Room device
  

2. For MAC OS 15 and below:

• Open Finder> Applications > VIA Room device helper> delete via room device application
