For VIA Client
Review System Access
When we launch VIA application (client) the first time on MAC system, VIA Client requires some permission of accessibility on MAC system.
VIA Accessibility
To allow VIA application in Accessibility:
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility > VIA – enable
Screen Recording
To allow VIA application in Screen Recording,
Go to System Settings> Privacy & Security> Screen and System Audio Recording > Via – enable
Full Disk Access
VIA application required permission of full disk access on MAC system
To allow VIA application in Full disk access:
Go to System settings> Privacy & Security> Full Disk Access > Via – enable
Camera
VIA application does not require permission of Camera on MAC system.
For VIA room device, we need camera permission.
Go to System settings> Privacy & Security> Camera> Enable via room device.
Microphone
VIA application required permission of Microphone on MAC system.
Go to System settings> Privacy & Security> Microphone> VIA – enable
For Collaboration feature, VIA requires input monitoring permission:
Go to System settings> Privacy & Security > Input monitoring > allow VIA
Local Network Permissions (specific to MAC OS 15 and above):
Go to System settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Allow VIA
