Basic Layout

The DMX component is made of several pieces:

• Patch Window
• Personality Editor
• DMX Monitor

The default view of the DMX Component is the Patch Window. To begin, start the DMX component and add it to a Pinboard. Starting a new component.

The patch window is comprised of four parts:

• Universes
• Universes Detail
• Patched Fixtures
• Fixture Detail
