If issues are encountered within the Transport Expresso Windows client ,such as menus not being displayed or other display problems, the client can be reset.

This is done from the TE Windows GUI login screen.

1. Hold down SHIFT and CTRL and while holding them press the “OK” button.
2. Keep SHIFT and CTRL held down and you will be shown a popup asking if you want to reset your Transport Expresso client settings.
3 Choose ‘Yes’ will perform the reset.

Note: All local client settings for window sizes and view customisations will be lost when this is done.
